Richy Gilbert brings over 15 years of experience in the game of golf, with a passion that began at age 16 and quickly turned into a relentless pursuit of improvement. Known for his disciplined work ethic, often practicing 7–8 hours a day early in his development. Richy developed a deep understanding of both the physical and mental sides of the game.

Now transitioning into a full-time instructional role while pursuing his Class A PGA certification and advanced teaching credentials, Richy is committed to helping players of all levels unlock their potential.

His coaching philosophy centers around simplicity, preparation, and trust. Richy focuses on helping players build a repeatable, efficient golf swing while developing the ability to perform under pressure. A major emphasis of his teaching is visualization and mental approach, helping golfers get out of their own way, trust their instincts, and execute freely.

Richy works with beginners, intermediate players, and advanced golfers, creating a structured yet approachable environment that leads to long-term improvement and more enjoyable rounds.
